Refined Sodium Bicarbonate Plant Expansion Project – 14 KtpA & Dense Ash Plant Expansion Project -84KtpA

In year 2015, PK Machinery supplied 30 sets of equipment to ICI Pakistan Limited (Soda Ash Business). ICI Pakistan Limited is one of the largest industrial conglomerates in Pakistan. ICI Pakistan Limited’s Soda Ash Business caters to approximately 70% of the country’s total requirement for this commodity. All the equipments are used for two projects, Refined Sodium Bicarbonate Plant Expansion Project – 14 KtpA, and Dense Ash Plant Expansion Project -84KtpA.

1. Refined Sodium Bicarbonate Plant Expansion Project – 14 KtpA
In this project, 4 sets of buried scraper conveyors, 1 set of screw conveyor and 1 set of bucket elevator were supplied by PK Machinery for processing refined sodium bicarbonate.

2. Dense Ash Plant Expansion Project -84KtpA
In this project, 13 sets of buried scraper conveyors, 4 sets of screw conveyor, 3 sets of bucket elevator and 4 sets of rotary feeder were supplied by PK Machinery for processing light soda ash and dense soda ash. The length of two of these buried scraper conveyors are up to 80M, and the inclination angle of two of these buried scraper conveyors are 60°.
