This project is located in UK, used for Rugeley Power Station,which is committed to generate low cost electricity in a safe and environmentally way. As with all Coal Fired Power Stations, it always covers a variety of the necessary plant and equipment.
In the production process,PK engineers configured 6 units XZS-2000 ultrasonic vibrating screen,handling 6tons fuel ash per hour,since the mesh size 80 and 100 micros are quite fine,so 2 unit ultrasonic generator on each unit are fitted with rotary vibrating screen in order to achieve fine sieving purpose.Meanwhile,4 units screw conveyors are required as well to feed fuel ash into screeners,the models are LSY250,LSY300 and LS400,which is to meet the material conveying purpose.
