Fatima Group,established in 1936, is mainly engaged in trading of commodities, manufacturing of fertilizers, textiles, sugar, mining and energy, which contributes significantly to the economic development of Pakistan.
In 2008, PK machinery had a great honor to cooperate with Fatima in the fertilizer PHS project, providing 52 sets of belt conveyors,12 sets of vibrating feeders,8 sets of gyratory screens ,2 sets of bucket elevators and some spare parts.
The equipment was operated in the condition of dust environment throughout the year as well as the local highest temperature was up to 49℃,the working time was 330 days/year,24h/days.And the belt conveyors were used for transporting the finished bags full of fertilizer, vibrating feeders and gyratory screens were used to sieve the urea, and bucket elevators were used to lift the urea.
In spite of non-stop running about 8 years, the performances and qualities of belt conveyors,vibrating screens,gyrotory screens and bucket elevators still remained in good conditions.
