This article is to introduce methods to eliminate the bucket belt failure.
1. Bucket belt deviation
Reason: belt deviation failure is mainly due to improper adjustment of bucket belt.
Methods: adjustment g
rain belt bucket elevator tension device or gravity tension device should be added to make the bucket belt tightness more appropriate, and keep the grain belt bucket elevator axis parallel.
2. Bucket belt slipping
Reason: bucket belt is too long or the balance weight is too light
Methods: if bucket belt is too long, please cut a piece; if the balance weight is too light, please increase the weight distribution, until the slipping phenomenon is eliminated.
