This
sewage trommel screen is 600mm in diameter and 1640mm long, with 0.5mm mesh size. It is equipped with totally enclosed fan cooled, and all construction material is SUS304, detailed technical data is designed specific drawing that proposed by client.
Trommel screen has following function:
Screening: it can be used to screen materials in various particle sizes, such as sand, gravel, coal and so on. The particle size and quality of the screened materials can be controlled by adjusting the rotating speed of the tumbler screen and the size of the screen holes
Removing impurities: it can remove impurities in the materials, such as soil, stones, wood, etc.. In the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, it also can be used for cleaning and decontaminating to ensure product quality and safety.
Classification:
drum screen can classify materials of different particle sizes into different grades, such as sand or gravel. This can better meet a variety of different needs and uses, and improve the added value of products and market competitiveness.
