Solution:

Solution: Check the installation of the above components and make corresponding adjustments.
Problem: the upper and lower material mixing
Solution:
1.Screen mesh damages.
2. Poor sealing of screen body.
3. The screen frame is not pressed tightly.
Solution: Check the screen mesh, screen frame and screen body, replace the corresponding screen mesh; check the sealing rubber.
Problem:
Tumbler sieve utput becomes low, sscreen mesh is easy to block
Solution:
1. Material with high water content, which is easy to agglomerate.
2. Motor power drop or belt slippage.
3. Screen mesh selection does not meet the requirements.
4. Low efficiency of screen cleaning.
5. Low feeding rate.
