Last Saturday,
belt bucket elevator was loaded into a 20ft container and dispatched to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The
belt type bucket elevator is used to lift 3 tons of hydrated lime powder per hour, the center distance between head and tail axle is 12.5m, after knowing well of client’s requirement, PK Machinery engineer configured model TD160 to fit the system, belt speed of elevator is 1.4m/s, motor power is 4Kw. In addition, the discharge chute of bucket elevator is well sealed to avoid powder flying when feeding the silo.
Belt bucket elevator is designed to lift granular, powder and small block of grinding suction smaller dispersing shape material. It adopts belt as the traction component, the max. Height can be 40 meters, capacity can be designed to 4~238m3/h.
