1.Vibration motor excitation: 
The vibration motor is the vibration source of the vibrating screening machinery, and the magnitude of the excitation force is determined by the size of the vibrating screen and the amount of material processed. The size of the vibration motor used varies depending on the weight and processing capacity of the screening machinery. If the excitation force is too large, the vibrating separator may occur vibration cracking due to the excessive excitation force. If the excitation force of the vibration motor is too small, it will not achieve the desired capacity and may also cause material accumulation and blockage due to the small excitation force.

        

2. Sieve aperture size: The larger the sieve aperture, the higher the productivity per unit sieve area, and the better the screening efficiency. However, the size of the sieve aperture depends on the purpose and requirements of the use. If you want to minimize the amount of fine material smaller than the sieve aperture in the screened material, you should use a smaller sieve aperture; On the contrary, if it is required to contain particles larger than the specified particle size as much as possible in the screened material, the aperture size should not be too large, and the specified particle size should be used as the limit of the sieve width.

        

3. The use of vibrating screen plates produced from different materials has a significant impact on the screening efficiency of various materials. The frequency of vibration or jumping of different materials on the screen plates and screens can increase the amount of material screened out. And the bonding between separable materials increases the amount of loose particles that can pass through the sieve holes.
