Failure cause of inertia vibrating conveyor

Inertia vibrating conveyor is a continuous conveying machinery with the advantages of long distance, large conveying capacity, low energy consumption, low noise and low wear and tear and low maintenance workload.
1.Abnormal equipment levelness and damping bearing installation
(1) When the equipment is installed and commissioned, the levelness is not good and not up to the installation standards, resulting in equipment polarization; uneven local force, resulting in material conveying trajectory offset, damping bearings, plate springs and support springs abnormally damage, and in severe cases, also cause the conveying body cracking.
(2) When the vibration-damping bearing is installed, the installation angle of the 2 bearings is not consistent, the vibration cycle is not uniform, and the distribution of excitation force is not uniform, resulting in abnormal wear of the vibration-damping bearing.

2. Loose ground bolts or other fasteners
(1)There is negligence in installation and commissioning, and the foot bolt is loose again, which is not dealt with in time.
(2) The plate spring is broken or the fixed bolts are loose and not replaced or fastened in time.
3. Equipment vibration frequency is too high
The equipment relies on motor-driven crank linkage mechanism, the motor frequency directly determines the amplitude and frequency of the equipment, the motor frequency is too high, exacerbating the wear and tear of spare parts, which seriously affects the operating cycle of the equipment.

        

4.Deformation of support springs
The equipment has several support springs to support the equipment body, after long-term use, individual spring plastic deformation, resulting in spring failure, resulting in uneven stress on the equipment, causing abnormal vibration of the equipment, resulting in abnormal wear of the damping bearing.
5. Unqualified material of vibration-damping bearing
The vibration-damping bearing of vibration conveyor adopts nitrile rubber, and the unqualified material or reduced performance will directly affect the service life of the bearing and seriously restrict the operation cycle of the equipment.
(1) Adjust the levelness of the installation equipment, so that the whole machine base and the foundation plane to maintain in a horizontal position, the tolerance is 0.1mm/1000m.

(2) All ground bolts and parts are installed and tightened as required, and the damaged springs need to be replaced.
(3) Under the premise that the conveying capacity of the equipment meets the production requirements, adopt variable frequency motor to reduce the frequency of the motor and reduce the wear and tear of spare parts.
(4) Measure the original length of the support spring, measure the compression after installation, the deviation is less than 0.5mm, if the deviation is too large, replace the whole.
